WHAT TRAVELERS SAY ABOUT VOA & OUR SERVICE?

There are many agencies you can use to acquire the approval letter for Visa on Arrival in Vietnam. We chose to go with Vietnam-Visa.com [parent website of Vietnam-visa.co.za) in the end and had a great experience.

[…] Overall, the entire process of applying for a Visa on Arrival to Vietnam was surprisingly quick and easy. Applying online instead of queueing up at the embassy was very convenient and the people at Vietnam-Visa.com were very helpful with providing information about current regulations and the entire procedure which reassured us that we were following the correct steps.

There are heaps of agencies who can sort this out for you, just type ‘Vietnam Visa On Arrival’ into Google and you’ll get pages of results. However some are dodgy, and will take your money without organizing your approval letter, but the truth is they are few and far between. We used www.vietnam-visa.com to get our approval letter and had no problems at all. All you need to do is:

  1. Fill out the online application form
  2. Pay the service fee
  3. Wait for your approval letter to arrive via email (2 working days)
  4. Print it out and take it with you on the plane
